Prices for the apartment

Pre / Post season:

Peak season:

89,00 - 93,00 €

The prices are for 2 persons and for each additional person a surcharge of € 13,00 (including WINEpass plus) will be charged.

Children up to 3 years free. Discount for children in low season. For stays of less than 3 days, a supplement of € 15,00 will be charged.

The communal residence tax is added to the stated price. This is € 1,50 per day and person (over 14 years). The levy is levied on the spot.

Payment arrangements for the apartments

We ask you to transfer a deposit of 150 € to the following bank account: Südtiroler Sparkasse Terlan Tappeiner Martha IBAN: IT 72 M060 4558 9600 0000 5001 810 SWIFT-BIC: CRBZIT2B017

If the trip does not start, you will not get the deposit back. It will be credited to you for a later stay with us. Cancellation of the booking can be made up to 21 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation, it will be graded as follows: 20% from 20 days before arrival, 50% from 14 days, 80% from 7 days, and 100% from the total amount of the reservation in case of non-arrival.

Please understand that we can not accept credit cards. You can pay with cash for amounts under € 1,000, by check or by bank transfer.

Arrival and departure

The apartment is on the day of arrival from 15.00 o'clock ready to move in and on the day of departure until 10.00 o'clock free.
